Welcome to my world of easy, elegant, fearless, fussless gourmet cooking (almost everything can be made ahead or frozen, takes about 20 minutes preparation, doesn't make a big mess, tastes fabulous, and your friends probably don't have these recipes). My recipes are both kosher and non-kosher. I hope you enjoy reading the articles, recipes, hints and other materials that are here for you.

For those who would like help in researching, writing, editing, or proofreading we offer professional help for cookbooks, articles, newsletters and more (for professionals, fund raisers, or individuals who want to write).  We also offer freelance food articles and recipes (non-kosher and kosher) for newspapers, magazines, newsletters, web sites, recipe booklets and more. In addition, we can connection you to people to index, layouts, or photography.

I will be keeping you up to date on new cookbooks, recipes for holidays and entertaining, trends, and more, as well as my current cooking appearance schedule.
